A traditional philosophy
Since 1851 we have continued to work to improve our land and the lives of the people who live there.
We believe in precision agriculture, focused on natural methods of soil regeneration: a kind of farming that does not exploit, waste or disrupt. On the contrary, it improves.
We have clear goals: to guarantee quality products, protect the environment and its beauty. It is from this philosophy that we decided to transform the fruits of our lands to bring them to your tables.
We sell only what our lands produce and we transform only our own raw materials. From the wheat and corn fields of Ca' Corniani, to the rice paddies of Cascinotto and Casoni, through the olive groves of Gregorina, Presciano and Solonio, the apiaries, the hops and the seasonal crops of all our estates, we guarantee a controlled supply chain that we monitor starting from the care of the soil. Because this is the only way we know how to work: we cultivate a sustainable future and transform it into 1851 Passione Agricola and a collection of bitters, spirits and vermouth, the concrete expression of our commitment and our vision.
